1. Acceptance

By accessing and using the UK2Africa Exports client portal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this portal. These terms apply to all clients, agents, and users of the platform.

2. Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful shipment information. Providing false or misleading information relating to customs declarations, vehicle values, or cargo descriptions may constitute a legal offence under UK and destination country customs law. UK 2 Africa Exports Ltd accepts no liability for penalties, delays, or seizures arising from inaccurate client-provided data.

3. Duty Estimates

All duty quotations and landed cost estimates provided through this portal are estimates only. Final duty and tax amounts are determined solely by the relevant customs authority (ZIMRA, KRA, NRA, etc.) at the time of customs assessment. UK 2 Africa Exports Ltd accepts no liability for any difference between quoted estimates and final assessed amounts.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Final balance is due before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. UK 2 Africa Exports Ltd reserves the right to hold or delay shipments where payment obligations have not been met. All payments must be made to UK 2 Africa Exports Ltd bank accounts only — never to third parties claiming to act on our behalf.

5. Authorised Use

This platform is for UK 2 Africa Exports clients only. You may not use this portal on behalf of any third party without express written consent. Sharing of account credentials is strictly prohibited.

6. Shipping Transit

UK 2 Africa Exports Ltd acts as an export agent and logistics coordinator. Transit times are estimates and subject to shipping line schedules, port congestion, weather, and customs clearance durations beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

7. Suspension

UK 2 Africa Exports Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for:

• Providing false shipment or identity information
• Misuse of the platform or its features
• Outstanding unpaid invoices beyond agreed terms
• Breach of any provision of these terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and documentation on this portal is owned by UK 2 Africa Exports Ltd (Reg No: 16419628). You may not reproduce or distribute any part without prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
